Your role
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the position holder is responsible for picking and preparing orders for internal and external customers. They also participate in the shipping and receiving processes, as well as in inventory management, while adhering to all applicable instructions. The incumbent may also be required to assist in product transformation according to customer specifications.
Your responsibilities
- Properly pick and prepare items for shipment in accordance with company standards
- Organize and store goods in their designated locations
- Keep order statuses updated in the ERP system
- Maintain accurate records of shipped and received products
- Verify incoming deliveries and report any discrepancies or damages
- Monitor and report any damage, loss, or missing items to management
- Organize items on shelves, bins, and other storage areas
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and stock management
- Label materials and substances according to health and safety policies
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect tools, equipment, and materials before, during, and after use
- Participate in the transformation of products according to customer specifications
- Perform any other related tasks as required by the company
Profile sought
- Valid forklift license (strong asset)
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- High attention to detail, autonomy, and strong sense of responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with solid math abilities
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to meet the physical and sensory demands of the position
- Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
- 3 years of relevant experience
