Front of House (FOH) Manager
North of Brooklyn Pizzeria – Avenue Road Location
North of Brooklyn Pizzeria is looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to join our team. We are seeking a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has both serving and management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage floor operations and maintain service standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor labor costs and team productivity
- Work closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or bar serving experience
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve Certification is required
- Experience with scheduling, staff training, and performance management is considered an asset
