Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and vigilant Concierge/Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. This role involves providing excellent customer service while maintaining a secure environment through surveillance and proactive security measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or security, with experience in surveillance, loss prevention, and CCTV operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and quick decision-making are essential.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct security checks and inspections of facilities, equipment, and personnel as needed
- Operate CCTV systems for continuous surveillance of premises
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement if necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations
- Greet visitors professionally, verifying credentials and guiding them appropriately
- Enforce property policies related to loss prevention and safety protocols
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and issuing visitor passes when required
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV equipment to identify suspicious activity
Skills
- Strong background in law enforcement or security operations preferred
- Experience with surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and procedures
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations
- Good communication skills for interacting with visitors, staff, and law enforcement agencies
- Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Physical fitness to patrol premises as needed

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
