We are currently seeking a 1st or 2nd year Automotive Technician Apprentice in Bay Roberts. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, capable, and efficient in work practices. This opportunity can provide a rewarding long-time career for the right individuals with the right skills and abilities.
This position comes with career advancement opportunities up to Journeyman Technician with successful work experience and classroom success.
Job Duties
- Routine vehicle maintenance on cars, SUVs and light trucks
- Tire changes, brake repairs and other light duty mechanical repairs
- Progression into more advanced diagnosis and repair will come with experience and training provided both on the job, online, and potentially classroom
Requirements
- Enrolled in college automotive technician program
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Clean letter of conduct
- Possess a valid Drivers license and provide a drivers abstract
- Clean letter of conduct
