Join our clients dynamic team as a Forklift Operator working on a rotating shift schedule! Our client in Shelburne is seeking a licensed Counterbalance operator. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of the site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the facility. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle heavy lifting will contribute directly to their success.
Job Duties:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and complete tasks
Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Ability to lift heavy
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience operating Counterbalance
- MUST have valid Counterbalance Forklift certification with a least 3 years experience
- MUST be able to work day and afternoon rotating shifts every 2 weeks
Shift
2 Weeks Rotating Shifts
Days: 6:30AM-3:00PM
Afternoon's: 4:30PM-1:00AM, Mon-Thurs and Fridays 3:30PM-12:00AM
OT is mandatory
Pay: $21/hr
Pay: $21.00 per hour

- Shelburne, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
