Responsibilities:
Lead large, complex initiatives in which you champion for the needs of the customer
Own multidisciplinary accounts and projects, including new business pitches
Drive strategic CX and UX work, including journey mapping and opportunity definition
Facilitate the analysis and synthesis of data (both qualitative and quantitative) translating insights into opportunities and experience requirements
Nurture and grow client relationships to shape the strategies that deliver business value and increase customer engagement
Design and lead cross-disciplinary idea generation and client co-creation sessions, workshops and design sprints
Manage and mentor members of the Experience team
Participate in shaping the Experience capability within PS
Contribute to estimation, project planning and practice development
Actively participate in hiring, staffing and growing the Experience team

Experience

~8+ years of professional experience working on complex software, transactional or e-commerce experiences, with medium to large-sized teams, preferably in a cross-disciplinary agency
~5+ years team management experience
Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate workshops with senior-level clients
Experience in Agile and Lean UX methodologies
Proficient in scoping and estimating UX tasks
Track record of UX leadership on large projects (~$5M+)
