We are looking for you! We will train the right candidate but want you to be familiar with the below requirements.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in the installation, service and preventive maintenance of networking and IP Wireless products. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the following areas:
· IP based wireless systems including programming.
· Windows 7/10/11/Server Operating systems
· Basic TCP/IP networking concepts (vlans, subnetting, etc)
· Structured cabling installation and best practices
· Prior construction, field sales or field service experience desired
· Audio/Video/Satelittle installation experience desired
· Wireless point to point networking solutions, including Ubiquiti products desired
The install technician will be required to do the following:
- Install and maintain wireless systems for residential and commercial
- climb tall structure and be comfortable on roofing and heights.
- Rig/haul telecom equipment up tall structures and work at heights
- Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations ensuring that systems are complete and satisfy customer requirements.
- Run wiring in attics, crawl spaces and other tight spaces, which can include drilling and fishing network and other cabling.
- Climb ladders that extend up to 32 ft. in height
- Perform physical work including digging, lifting, and carrying materials and equipment
- Assist and interface with the Installation Team Lead regarding on-site scheduling of work activities.
- Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations with partners
- Maintain company propriety and documentation in accordance with established policies; handle proprietary information in the prescribed manner.
- Assist with the installation of fiber optic internet infrastructure including outside plant and inside fiber to the home terminations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
