Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled TSSA-certified High Pressure Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience welding high-pressure piping systems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to maintaining safe work practices. Candidates must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in industrial and mechanical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-pressure welding in compliance with Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) regulations
- MUST BE TSSA certified - please do not apply if not certified
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and code compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain an organized worksite
- Work collaboratively to complete projects on schedule
- Work safely in a variety of environments, including both low and elevated heights
Qualifications:
- Valid TSSA High Pressure Welding certification
- Proven experience in high-pressure or industrial welding
- Must supply their own tools
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be legally able to drive
- Must be comfortable working at a variety of heights (low and high)
- Pipe fitting experience is considered a strong asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
