Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Health Care Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments.
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide patient care following individual care plans
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients
- Specialize in areas such as hospice care, dementia care, or other specialized patient needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or related healthcare roles is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration practices
- Familiarity with nursing home, home care, or assisted living environments
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive patient care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
