The Role
We’re looking for an experienced baker who can work efficiently, stay organized under pressure, and take ownership of their station.
This is not a slow-paced kitchen — we need someone who can keep up with demand while maintaining quality and consistency.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Preparing and baking cookies, croissants, and other pastries
- Managing dough production and daily prep
- Maintaining a full, fresh pastry case throughout the day
- Following recipes precisely and consistently
- Working clean, organized, and efficiently at all times
- Restocking, labeling, and managing inventory levels
- Supporting the front of house during busy periods if needed
- Keeping the kitchen and prep areas clean and structured
What We’re Looking For
- Previous baking experience (required) — café or commercial kitchen preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong sense of urgency and time management
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule & Availability
- Early morning availability required (as early as 5:00 AM starts)
- Weekend availability is a must
- Flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time roles available)
