We have an opportunity available for the position of Fine Dining Server. A successful candidate would be one with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion for quality guest service. We believe that a true hospitality professional is defined by their personality. We can show you how to describe a menu; we can teach you all about wine; we can even teach you how to carry three plates at once. Responsibilities for this position include:
· Attend to guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests' needs
· Maintain thorough menu knowledge in order to answer questions accurately
· Proper table service including wine
· Maintain a clean and organized section including clear plates, resetting tables, and polishing silverware
· Coach and train junior restaurant employees
· Resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally and escalate to the appropriate manager if necessary
· Record and enter orders accurately, ensuring any special requests or allergies are communicated thoroughly
· Deliver food and drinks to tables according to seating plan
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times
· Must strive in a fast paced environment
· High attention to detail
· Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and management
· Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
· Valid Serving-It-Right certificate
