JOB DESCRIPTION
- Seek out, identify, and target potential customers
- Visit current and future clients, analyze their needs, promote products and services offered by the company, and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Serve and advise our major customers
- Create all encountered opportunities in the CRM
- Provide technical demonstrations of instruments
- Create quotes and send them to customers
- Provide after-sales service and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Effectively handle client requests and perform the required administrative follow-ups
- Develop and market ABTECH’s specific product lines
- Provide the necessary technical support (telephone/field)
- Actively participate in business development and maintenance activities (trade fairs, networking opportunities, etc.)
- Participate in all development and technical projects endorsed by management

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in technical sales or business development — a strong asset, but not required; we welcome motivated candidates eager to grow
- Knowledge of heavy and building construction
- Exposure to GPS/GNSS, Total Stations, Machine Control, or similar construction technology (an asset — training provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and interest in learning technology products
- Recognized ability in negotiation and proven ability to work in a team
- Availability, creativity, autonomy and leadership
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be flexible for variable schedules and to travel within your territory
- Excellent English skills- spoken and written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
