Position Overview:
This is a door-to-door sales role where you will be representing our company in residential neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, and generating leads for our services. You will be the first point of contact, educating homeowners and booking free in-home assessments for our technicians.
This is a 100% commission-based position, ideal for individuals who are confident, self-motivated, and hungry to earn.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Conduct door-to-door marketing in assigned neighborhoods
* Engage with homeowners and explain our services (insulation, mold remediation, etc.)
* Generate and qualify leads
* Book free in-home assessments for our technicians
* Track your performance and leads
* Represent the company with professionalism and confidence

* Full commission structure (uncapped earnings)
* High-ticket services = strong earning potential per sale
* Top-performing sales reps are earning $200,000+ annually
