Positions available at St. Jean/La Croisée, Saint Joseph, St. Mother Teresa Daycares for our 2026-2027 Before and After School Programs:

- Part-Time Early Childhood Educators
Positions overview and requirements:
Registered Early Childhood Educators under the supervision of the Daycare Manager are responsible for delivering an educational program including activities that are geared toward children's development, their health, their security and their well-being and ensure professional and efficient management of the programming and activities of the service.
- College degree in Early Childhood Education or in the process of completing an apprenticeship program;
- Be a member of the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario;
- Valid and negative criminal record check - Vulnerable sector (within six months);
- Hold a valid CPR and First Aid certification;
- Must be 18 years or older;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Patience, empathy and understanding of children’s needs;
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
- Capacity to work within a team and participate actively in supporting the center, children, families and co-workers;
- Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Language requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading and writing of French (St. Joseph and St. Jean/La Croisée);
- Excellent proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading and writing of English (St. Mother Teresa);
- Bilingualism is an asset.
Compensation:
The salary is between $27.12/hour and $30.52/hour and includes a pension plan, as well as free access to the Sports Dome Training Centre.

Compensation:
The salary is between $22.23/hour and $25.02/hour and includes a pension plan, as well as free access to the Sports Dome Training Centre.
