We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Leasing Manager to join our team at Airport Mazda of Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Mazda leasing programs, be knowledgeable about lease structures and financing options, and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Guide customers through the vehicle leasing process, explaining lease options, terms, and benefits.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Mazda leasing programs, incentives, promotions, and lease-end processes.
- Prepare and present lease and finance quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Work closely with the Sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), and Accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of lease transactions.
- Ensure all lease documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with dealership policies and applicable regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service before, during, and after the lease process.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and lease-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with lease customers to ensure satisfaction and identify renewal or upgrade opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership's CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor programs, and changes to manufacturer leasing policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Previous experience as a Leasing Manager, Finance Manager, or Automotive Sales Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Mazda leasing programs and lease administration is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent understanding of automotive financing and leasing principles.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience in a Mazda dealership.
- OMVIC certification (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Experience with automotive CRM and dealer management systems.
