Position: Quality Inspector
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour
Location: Vaughan, On
Responsibilities
- Calibrate measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, thread gauges, and other precision equipment.
- Make minor adjustments to measuring tools to keep them within required tolerances.
- Maintain calibration records using GageTrack, including certificates and test logs.
- Schedule and track calibration for equipment, including sending tools out for external calibration when needed.
- Follow quality standards and procedures (ISO 9001 / ISO 17025).
- Keep measuring equipment in good working condition and arrange repairs when needed.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Complete other quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Calibration Technician or Quality Inspector.
- Experience with GageTrack is an asset.
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring equipment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Organized with good time management skills.
· Problem-solving and analytical thinking..
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
· Regular use of hands for handling precision tools.
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
· Good close-up vision is required.
Schedule
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Days)
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights)
Weekend shifts are Thursday through Sunday (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM). Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
