Overview
ELVT Studio is seeking a highly motivated, organized and people-focused Client Sales & Success Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first full-time team members at a rapidly growing women's strength training studio. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional client experiences, building meaningful relationships, increasing memberships, and supporting the continued growth of our business.
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, is highly organized, confident communicating over the phone and in person, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're proactive, solution-oriented and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesClient Sales & Relationship Management
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective and current clients.
- Follow up with new leads and previous inquiries.
- Book consultations, body scans and trial classes.
- Guide prospective clients through our membership options.
- Follow up after trial classes and support new member onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships that encourage client retention and referrals.
Client Success
- Check in regularly with current members to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Reach out regarding membership renewals and attendance.
- Request Google reviews and client testimonials.
- Help maintain a welcoming, supportive and positive community.
Business Development
- Contact local businesses, organizations and community groups to develop partnerships and corporate wellness opportunities.
- Assist in planning community events, workshops and promotional initiatives.
- Support referral campaigns and studio growth strategies.
Administration & Organization
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Organize lead pipelines and follow-up schedules using CRM software.
- Track memberships, payments and renewals.
- Prepare reports and documentation for bookkeeping and payroll.
- Ensure client information and internal systems remain organized and up to date.
Marketing Support
- Respond to phone calls, emails and social media inquiries.
- Assist with collecting client success stories and testimonials.
- Support social media content and community engagement initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day, both over the phone and in person.
- Friendly, professional and confident.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Passionate about helping others and contributing to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, administration, client relations or business development is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
