Studio Tinyroof is looking for a passionate Nail Artist to join our creative studio in Gastown. We’re looking for someone who loves creating beautiful nails, enjoys building genuine connections with clients, and wants to grow in a supportive, inspiring team.
Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and intricate nail art designs.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products to ensure client safety.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or treatments.
- Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for each client.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Artist or Nail Technician with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform nail care services with precision and creativity.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health regulations at all times.
