The Kennedy Group of Companies, with 70 years of business success, provides bulk fuel, lubricants, cardlock management, and fuel transportation services across Manitoba. Our Winnipeg-based business, Janico Fuels, a wholesale fuel and lubricants distributor for Petro-Canada, is currently seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional to grow our customer base and strengthen existing relationships in Steinbach and area. This position will ideally be located in Steinbach.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
· Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
· Promote bulk fuel, lubricants, cardlock, and related services.
· Conduct market and competitor analysis.
· Represent the company at industry events.
· Maintain accurate CRM and sales records.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of sales experience (fuel/lubricants preferred).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Established sales experience and success in Steinbach & area, preferably in a related field/industry definite advantage.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales software.
· Valid Class 5 driver's license.
