We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands how traffic becomes leads—and how leads become revenue. This role combines organic search, paid advertising, and conversion optimization to drive results across multiple client accounts.
The Role
This is a remote role focused on growing client businesses through SEO, paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization. You'll work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to develop campaigns that drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment.
This role owns outcomes—not checklists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing)
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROAS to maximize performance
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, and CTAs
- Improve website conversion rates through ongoing testing and optimization
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data
- Manage Local SEO, including Google Business Profiles, citations, and review strategies
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative and landing pages
- Prepare clear, actionable monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay current on SEO best practices, platform updates, and paid media trends
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing SEO and/or paid digital advertising
- Experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Strong understanding of search intent, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization
- Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or Shopify
- CRM experience is considered an asset (Go High Level)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Self-directed and accountable in a remote work environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
