Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and food service personnel, ensuring efficient team management and workflow.
- Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences while maintaining cost controls.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all kitchen operations.
- Train staff on proper food handling, safety procedures, and serving techniques to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan events, special menus, or promotions that enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment conducive to efficient production and safety.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues related to food quality or service promptly.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Experience in restaurant management including inventory control, budgeting, and staff training.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for hygiene and sanitation.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on high-quality food service.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
