Responsibilities:
- Start as a cleaner, with opportunities to quickly advance to team leader roles.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
- Report any concerns or information to the Supervisor.
- Oversee and actively participate in providing high-quality cleaning services.
- Set an example for excellence by performing cleaning tasks and demonstrating proper techniques.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide coaching, guidance, and support to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, ensuring each interaction exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices, enhancing service quality.
- Ensure Zen Cleaning Services YYC's high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment by being a supportive team player.
- Show a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience in a reputable cleaning company, showcasing exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed client expectations.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and industry best practices.
