This position reports to the Mill Maintenance Superintendent and oversees a crew of 2nd Class Power Engineer's.

Key Tasks:
Provide leadership and direct supervision to Power Engineer's
Plan, organize, direct and control the operation of the Powerhouse
Perform regular interval utility energy reporting to accounting and environmental teams
Perform SAP PMs & corrective work order administration for the Powerhouse

Skills:
Proven leadership skills in a safety-sensitive, industrial environment
Demonstrated and adaptable communication skills
Strong computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1st Class Saskatchewan Power Engineer's Certificate
At least two years experience as a shift Engineer/Chief Engineer with supervisory responsibilities
Direct involvement in the application of safe work processes to an operating plant environment, including the application of lockout and tag-out procedures
