Build the engine behind game-day!
Keener Jerseys makes custom hockey jerseys for the people who care most about them, including professional teams. When our customers need the Right Jerseys at the Right Time, it runs through our operation.
We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own that operation end-to-end and build it for scale. This isn't a maintain-the-status-quo role. You'll design the systems, standards, and team that move product accurately and on time across two countries.
If you've ever wanted greenfield ownership of a real logistics network, where on-time and accurate actually matters, this is that role.
What makes this different:
- Real stakes, recognizable clients: The biggest names in the game. Accuracy and timing are the whole game.
- Cross-border by design. Operations span Canada and the US, so customs, tariffs, and international trade compliance are core to the job, not an afterthought.
- A modern, tech-forward environment. A highly integrated and evolving platform, that aggressively pursues automation. You won't be fighting a legacy ERP - you'll help shape what we build.
- End-to-end scope. Strategy and execution both sit with you: network design, warehouse governance, carrier strategy, KPIs, and the team.
What you'll own:
- Operational excellence: Build oversight and control into the system so reliability comes from process, not heroics. Drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Warehouse & inventory governance: Set and enforce inventory control standards, audit and cycle-count discipline, and continuous improvement in pick/pack/ship across all locations.
- Order & transaction integrity: Ensure accurate receipt, shipment, invoicing, and data capture across the order lifecycle.
- Logistics strategy & network design: Develop the logistics strategy aligned to growth—capacity planning, make/buy/partner decisions, contingency planning, and new-facility launches.
- Transportation & trade compliance: Own domestic and international transportation strategy, carrier portfolio, freight negotiations, and full customs/tariff/trade compliance.
- Performance management: Own the logistics scorecard and KPI framework—on-time delivery, cost per shipment, order and inventory accuracy, throughput—with leading indicators, not just lagging ones.
- Financial stewardship: Manage the logistics budget and drive cost-per-unit and cost-per-shipment improvements.
- Team leadership: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics leaders; build a strong bench and a culture of ownership, urgency, and precision.
What you bring
- Proven experience leading supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations—ideally multi-site
- Direct experience with international trade compliance (customs, tariffs, country-of-origin documentation), especially cross-border
- People-management experience: you've built and developed a team, not just managed tasks
- Strong command of ERP / inventory management / demand planning systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward measurable, permanent fixes
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- APICS / CSCP certification is an asset
Is this you?
This role requires owning multi-site logistics operations and real cross-border trade compliance experience. If you've led a logistics function—the network, the metrics, and the people—and you want to build the next one from a strong foundation, we want to talk.
