NOW HIRING – Baker (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Mickey's Café & Lounge is looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, croissants, pastries, and other baked goods daily
- Produce high-quality viennoiserie products including croissants, danishes, and laminated doughs
- Maintain consistency, quality, and food safety standards
- Assist with production planning and inventory management
- Keep workstations clean and organized
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial baking preferred
- Strong knowledge of viennoiserie and laminated dough production
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Attention to detail and passion for quality products
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
