Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, collecting accurate data, and utilizing advanced mapping tools to support project development. Duties
- Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using specialized equipment and software
- Collect precise spatial data and record measurements for project documentation
- Utilize AutoCAD, CAD, ArcGIS, and GIS tools to process survey data and create detailed maps and plans
- Manage survey databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity across various platforms
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to interpret survey results
- Assist in the development of survey reports and presentations for project stakeholders
- Maintain equipment calibration and perform routine inspections to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience with construction surveying or related fieldwork
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD, ArcGIS, and GIS software applications
- Strong understanding of data collection methods and data management best practices
- Familiarity with databases used for storing survey information
- Knowledge of construction processes and site layout planning is preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maps accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications or licenses in surveying are a plus

Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
