We’re aggressively expanding our reach and looking for an ambitious sales and product professional who understands the custom foam, mattress, and upholstery landscape—someone who excels at building genuine relationships, identifying market gaps, and bringing new products to life.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, on-site role based at our Vaughan facility that combines collaborative sales with end-to-end product ownership. You will drive revenue across B2B accounts and high-touch retail customers while serving as a key driver of new product development.
Your focus is on non-pushy, collaborative selling—acting as a trusted advisor to clients while keeping a pulse on market needs to expand our product suite.
You'll split your time between:
- Collaborative Sales & Retail Support: Handling inbound inquiries, warm retail sales, custom quoting, order processing, and consultative B2B outreach across North America.
- New Product Development & Ownership: Identifying market opportunities, spearheading new product launches, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing product lines from concept to completion.
- Account Expansion: Cross-selling our existing catalog and introducing new product lines to solve material and manufacturing challenges for our clients.
This is a full-time, in-person position where you’ll work directly alongside our sales, production, marketing, and inventory teams.
What You'll Do
- Consultative Sales: Guide B2B partners and retail shoppers through tailored selections using an educational, non-pushy approach.
- Own New Product Development:
- Spot market opportunities, research client demand, expand our product suite, and manage product launches from initial concept through marketing and commercial rollout.
- Outbound Business Development: Actively build relationships with furniture makers, upholsterers, mattress manufacturers, and retail buyers across North America.
- Product Catalog Expansion: Cross-sell existing inventory while introducing newly developed product offerings to new and existing accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our on-site production floor and operations to bring new products from prototype to full manufacturing and delivery.
- AI & Workflow Integration: Leverage modern AI tools and CRM systems to streamline sales pipelines, research market trends, and draft launch marketing.
Requirements
- Proven background in furniture, foam, mattress, retail sales, or upholstery/fabrics.
- Demonstrated aptitude or passion for product management, product expansion, or new product launches.
- Natural ability to use collaborative, consultative sales techniques that build long-term client trust.
- High fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate daily workflows, market research, and launch communications.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong phone and presentation skills.
- Must be able to work full-time in-person at our Vaughan, ON location.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—eager to own products end-to-end and uncover new growth avenues.
