Lanka Jewels is a favorite jewellery brand in the Fraser Valley. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate while being result focused must be passionate about delivering exceptional personalized service and creating memorable experiences. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Duties
- Result focused sales professional
- Understand customer preferences and recommend jewellery that meets their style, occasion, and budget
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, materials, pricing, and current industry trends
- Accurately process transactions, quotations, and customer records
- Contribute to visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control activities
- Support marketing initiatives, in-store events, and client engagement programs
- Uphold company standards & culture, policies, and security procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary school certificate with 4–5 years of sales experience in premium retail, jewellery, luxury goods or watches
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of results
- Willingness to learn continuously is critical
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery manufacturing processes is an asset
- Ability to work with POS & retail technology systems, customer databases is important
- Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
