Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities tailored to children’s interests and abilities.
- Support children’s social-emotional development through positive guidance and nurturing interactions.
- Collaborate with families to ensure each child's needs are met and communicate progress regularly.
- Assist children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and rest periods with patience and care.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated classroom experience that showcases your ability to manage a group of young learners effectively.
- Strong background in early childhood education principles and practices.
- Proven ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.

Pay: $29.00-$30.00 per hour
