Gus Brown Buick GMC is a high-volume GM dealership with a strong reputation for exceptional customer experience and a team-oriented culture. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Sales Representative to join our team and represent the Buick and GMC brands with integrity.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the full vehicle purchase journey: from initial inquiry to delivery. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while upholding our standard of transparent, industry compliant, hassle-free customer service.
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday to Thursday with Alternate Fridays & Saturdays
- Commission-based compensation structure with strong earning potential
What We’re Looking For
- Valid OMVIC licence (required)
- Clean driver’s abstract (required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Articulate and professional in all customer-facing interactions
- A natural relationship-builder who earns trust and delivers a memorable experience
- Ability to retain and adhere to all compliance processes
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, though candidates with a proven background in consultative or commission-based sales will be considered

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
