Our clinical framework is anchored in the 3-stage trauma model of care, ensuring safe, structured, and transformative healing.
The Opportunity
We are inviting a passionate Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to associate their practice with our growing team. You will step into internal referrals, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care.
- Steady Referral Stream: Direct internal referrals from our intake coordination team.
- Full Administrative Support: Electronic scheduling, Jane App infrastructure, and billing managed for you.
- Flexible Scheduling: Complete autonomy over your hours with flexible virtual and in-person shift blocks.
- Collaborative Culture: A supportive, connected team of experienced mental health professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, or family therapy.
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and shift commitment.
- Manage clients smoothly through the intake, assessment, and retention process.
- Complete timely clinical documentation and secure case notes.
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership regarding scheduling and client care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW.
- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active professional liability insurance.
- Strong clinical documentation and case conceptualization skills.
- Available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week (evening and/or weekend availability required).
Preferred Clinical Modalities
Preference will be given to clinicians with a minimum of 3 years of experience or formal/ongoing training in:
- Couples & Family Systems: Confidence navigating severe relational distress and communication breakdowns.
- Trauma & Somatic Frameworks: EMDR, IFS, DBR, CBT, Somatic Experiencing, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, or Mindfulness-based approaches.
Compensation
- Rate: $85.00 – $110.00 per hour (Split-fee contract structure)
