Advance Institute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Aesthetics Instructor to train our future estheticians and clinical aestheticians. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education that meets the objectives of our professional institute.
Responsibilities
- Teach a range of aesthetic treatments, including threading, body waxing, eyelash Lifting, Brow Lamination, Tinting, facials, makeup application, and nail care.
- Teach a range of clinical aesthetic treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Chemical peel, Micro needling & Dermaplaning and much more..
- Assist students to create a professional portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver daily lesson plans that adhere to our esthetics and clinical aesthetics curriculum.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide additional support as needed.
- Conduct an Online Theory classes whenever needed.
- Assist with classroom inventory and complete daily paperwork using our in-house LMS Program.
- Collaborate with the lead instructor, other instructors, and teaching assistants.
- Prepare class materials, including notes, handouts, tests, and exams.
- Supervise students during on-site practicum sessions.
- Teach the high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate our classes on skincare products to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience and maintain a positive atmosphere within the Institute.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in the esthetics and clinical aesthetics industry.
- Clinical diploma or Esthetics Diploma.
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- In-depth knowledge of esthetics and skincare.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in skincare.
