Empower Physical Rehabilitation is a locally owned multidisciplinary clinic, established in 2007. Empower offers physiotherapy, massage therapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy, and workplace solutions. Since inception Empower has developed into one of the pre-eminent rehabilitation clinics in Nova Scotia. Due to continued growth and an ever-changing marketplace, Empower is seeking new staff to round out its capability.
As the Patient Experience Co-Ordinator, your duties will be focused on the hands-on customer experience. Meeting clients, making them feel welcome and important, billings, collections, data entry and creating a positive customer experience will all be part of your duties. Hands-on assisting the clinic function properly and professionally will also be key. Your experience will include time spent working in a professional office.
To work at Empower Physical Rehabilitation, one needs to be a positive, enthusiastic, high energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Positivity with a can-do attitude is the highest valued trait we seek. Your background will need to include being office-based where the importance of building a strong sense of team is core. While experience in a health care setting would be an asset, it is not mandatory.
We are specifically looking to fill a part-time position, working two to three shifts a week.
