We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing custom residential team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wiring custom homes, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable leading apprentices and coordinating day-to-day work on site.
You'll be trusted to run your own projects, operate a company vehicle, and work directly with some of Calgary's top custom home builders. While you'll take a leadership role in the field, you'll have the support of an experienced team behind you and won't be expected to figure everything out on your own.
We're looking for someone who cares about doing quality work, communicates well with clients and trades, and wants to be part of a company that's focused on long-term growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Wiring high-end custom homes and residential renovation projects
- Running a company vehicle and managing materials for your projects
- Leading and mentoring apprentices on site
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings
- Coordinating with builders, site supervisors, and other trades
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Troubleshooting and solving problems as they arise
- Maintaining a clean and professional job site
- Helping deliver projects that both our team and clients can be proud of
What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Electrician certification
- Strong residential construction experience
- Experience leading apprentices or small crews
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Calgary or surrounding area resident
