We are a friendly, fast-growing law firm in Burnaby with other offices in West Broadway, North Vancouver, Surrey and Richmond looking for a full-time receptionist/admin assistant to join our great team.
We seek someone with a great attitude and solid customer service skills firstly. We are open to all educational backgrounds - no legal education is required for consideration.
Receptionist duties:
- You would work answering phones, sending and receiving emails and mail, scheduling appointments and other typical receptionist duties.
Admin assistant duties:
- You would scan, assemble and package documents, sign as a witness to documents, write letters, and work within MS OneDrive and Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience with working in a professional office either as an administrative assistant or receptionist
- Some post-secondary education
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A home close to Production Way or a Skytrain station close by.
- Strong work ethic
- Impeccable oral and written English skills
- Meticulous and Organized
- A second language (though not required)
- Excellent communication skills
