A1 Racking Systems is seeking experienced and reliable Pallet Racking Installation Contractors to join our growing team. We specialize in warehouse storage solutions, including pallet racking and mezzanine flooring installations, dismantles, relocations, and repairs throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.
This is an excellent opportunity for independent contractors and installation crews looking for consistent work and long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibilies
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.
- Competence using common hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers, levels, wrenches).
- Comfort working at heights and on ladders or lifts, with strong awareness of safety practices.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and position materials and components throughout the workday.
- Reliable work habits, punctuality, and ability to follow directions and work as part of a crew.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate installation, alignment, and secure anchoring of racking.
- Willingness to adhere to all workplace safety policies and use personal protective equipment.
- Previous experience in construction, warehousing, or racking installation is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from Job sites are preferred.
Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
