Jean-Claude Cayer Enterprises Ltd. (JCCayer) is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Limoges, Ontario.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, staff management, workplace safety, and continuous process improvement. We are looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements (Required)
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience
- Previous leadership or management experience in a warehouse environment (required)
- Experience supervising warehouse employees and managing daily operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control procedures
- Develop and improve warehouse processes for efficiency and productivity
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees
- Schedule staff and manage daily workloads
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, customer service, and management teams
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed
