- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess glass damage and determine appropriate repair or replacement procedures.
- Use mechanical knowledge to assist with related automotive repairs when necessary, supporting overall vehicle maintenance.
- Handle heavy lifting of glass components and equipment safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including parts used and work completed, for quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with customers about the repair process, estimated timelines, and safety considerations.
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle systems and repair standards.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment.
