Job Summary
We are seeking a general labourer to help install car hoists. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing car hoists and related automotive lifting equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and experience with hand and power tools, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Duties
- Install new car hoists and lifting equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing hoists to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and modify equipment
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes and safety regulations
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Assist in training customers on the proper use and safety procedures of installed equipment
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Experience operating power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy components safely
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
