Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Apprentice at Level 3 / Level 4 to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in electrical work, providing hands-on experience in industrial and construction environments. The apprentice will assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, gaining valuable skills and knowledge to advance their career.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in industrial and construction settings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics related to electrical projects
- Support with low voltage wiring and connections as required
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored
Requirements
- Prior experience or background in industrial electrician work or electrical trade preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, low voltage systems, and construction practices is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills under supervision
- Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Current First Aide training considered an asset
- Current Lift training considered an asset
- Fall Arrest training considered an asset

Pay: $29.00-$35.69 per hour
