We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our business partners while reviewing and processing incoming applications. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong partner relationships, ensuring applications are handled accurately and promptly, and delivering the high level of service that sets our company apart.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to partner inquiries via phone and email
- Provide clear guidance to partners on application requirements and process steps
- Review submitted applications for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
- Approve applications within established company guidelines
- Follow up to obtain missing information or supporting documentation
- Accurately enter and update information in internal systems
- Maintain organized notes and file records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and consistent decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and partner experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to review documents and make decisions within structured guidelines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Professional, friendly phone manner

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week in our Camrose AB office. Shifts may vary to based on coverage of our service hours, which are 8:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am to 4:00pm Saturday.
