The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.
Manage and lead Bell Media Studios Branded Entertainment team and all associated projects
Oversee the entire creative and production process for every sold project
Develop and produce short and long-form original brand-inspired video content
Provide initial concepts to setting timelines, writing compelling content, and managing client revisions
Work closely with Bell Media's in-house production, editorial, social, and design teams to create and execute sold content on-site and on social media
Acquire new client business from brands and agencies working closely with Bell Media's Brand Partnership team
Collaborate with the Brand Partnership teams and develop targeted strategies for clients
Evaluate and track all performance metrics for every project
Achieve target revenue goals
Hire and manage freelance external production teams and monitor their projects
Oversee budgets, create estimates and work back strategy
Ensure each project is executed through a DEI lens, in front of the camera and behind the scenes
Other duties as required
7-10 years television or digital/social media producing experience
Branded Entertainment or business development experience at a reputable advertising agency or for an entertainment/production/media company
You can make persuasive decks that tell a story with solid PowerPoint or Photoshop skills
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to juggle multiple projects of different sizes
Strong understanding of brand communication through storytelling
Physical production knowledge and experience on set
Knowledge of the post-production process and experience with Avid or Adobe software
Expert knowledge of all social media platforms and the latest trends
A keen eye for detail
Experience producing lifestyle video content
Up-to-date with the latest news, trends in television, movies, music, and fashion

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
