Office Services Clerk – Hospitality & Office Services
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary: $46,000–$52,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Occasional overtime required)
Our client, a respected downtown Vancouver law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused Office Services Clerk to join its Office Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace, coordinating hospitality services, and providing hands-on support across office operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring meeting spaces, kitchens, and common areas are maintained to a high standard while supporting reception, facilities, and business services as needed.

Prepare and reset boardrooms for meetings, client events, and firm functions.

Coordinate catering orders, beverage service, and hospitality requests.

Maintain meeting rooms, reception areas, and shared office spaces to a professional standard.

Manage kitchen and lounge areas, including stocking food, beverages, and office supplies.

Place weekly grocery and catering orders and coordinate with external vendors.

Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, including arranging servicing and repairs when required.

Assist with office events, including setup and cleanup.

Provide cross-functional support to the Office Services team, including courier and mailroom duties, reception coverage, and facilities support.

Assist lawyers and legal support staff with printing and document service requests.

Support business services projects and emergency preparedness initiatives as required.

Previous experience in office services, hospitality, reception, facilities, or administrative support, preferably in a professional services environment.

Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Ability to perform light physical tasks, including moving supplies and setting up meeting spaces.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
