Showroom Sales Representative/Administration
Providing above exceptional customer service
Primary responsibilities
Greet all walk in customers, contractors, business partners and other parties with a welcoming and professional attitude
Assist the client in the showroom with product information and colour choice
Prepare written estimates for clients
Order products according to customer needs
Sell additional services/products related to the countertop and/or countertop installation
Screen all calls and emails while addressing their needs and maintain accurate records
Submit invoices and collect payments from clients using QuickBooks/Debit machine
Confirm and book countertop installation projects from start to finish according to client requirements and fabricator schedule
Handles potentially difficult clients/contractors in the most professional and polite manner
Able to handle possible fabrication mistakes and project delays with patience and understanding
Maintains a clean showroom, manages sample racks and up to date marketing literature
Maintains accurate and up to date records of all projects/sales
Other administrative and customer related duties as required
Previous experience in an office or sales oriented environment
Experience in an administration environment considered an asset
Knowledge of different countertop products considered an asset
Experience in Customer Service and or sales considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service attitude
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Familiar with QuickBooks considered an asset, however willing to train
Aptitude for design and decor a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
