Claymore is based out of Vineland, and most of our work is located between Hamilton and Niagara. We service mostly commercial industries within the Wine, Hospitality, and multi-residential sectors. Our company is looking for a reliable, hardworking, versatile Carpenter that has experience with trim and rough carpentry for different construction and manufacturing projects. You may work on a variety of projects, including Trim, framing, window and stair customizations, crown molding, and possibly cabinet making. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and high quality that can accommodate unique build requirements from clients. We require candidates who have experience in the previously mention finish carpentry skill sets.
Responsibilities:
– Install doors/windows, casing, baseboard, crown moulding, shoe mould, wainscot, hardware, cabinets, etc.
– All around construction skills - Wood/Steel Framing, Tile, drywall, Drop ceilings...etc
– Correct deficiencies in a timely manner, and be proficient in problem solving
– Supervise and train the activities of apprentices
– Room to grow and be trained as a Lead Hand/Site Supervisor (if applicable)
– Provide exceptional customer service when dealing with clients.
Requirements:

– Some basic tools, most are supplied
– Strong time management, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
– Ability to work independently and as a part of team
– Excellent oral communication skills

Pay: $29.00-$38.00 per hour
