We are seeking a skilled and dependable Site Supervisor / Handyman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys a variety of maintenance, renovation, and site work tasks while helping oversee operations across our residential properties throughout Ottawa.

Responsibilities
- Operate small equipment including Bobcats and mini excavators.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance at residential properties.
- Complete drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, flooring, and basic plumbing tasks.
- Assist with renovations, unit turnovers, and capital improvement projects.
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance issues.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and maintenance staff when required.
- Assist with landscaping, grading, excavation, and snow removal activities.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a Bobcat and mini excavator is mandatory.
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of general repairs, renovations, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional evenings and weekends as required
- Overtime opportunities available
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on experience
