Babu’s Team Garbage Removal
Babu’s Team Garbage Removal is looking for a dependable and hardworking Class 5 Driver to join our growing team on a part-time, on-call basis.
We provide garbage removal, construction debris hauling, recycling removal, and clean-up services for contractors, renovation projects, construction sites, and residential customers throughout the Lower Mainland.
This position involves both driving and physical labour. The successful candidate will operate our Ford F-550 dump truck, assist with loading materials at job sites, transport loads to disposal and recycling facilities, and unload materials safely.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Ford F-550 dump truck safely and professionally
- Travel to construction sites, renovation projects, and customer locations
- Load and remove construction debris, drywall, wood, garbage, recycling, and scrap materials
- Transport materials to disposal facilities and recycling depots
- Unload materials safely and efficiently
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
- Follow all safety procedures and provincial driving regulations
Qualifications
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and take direction when needed

Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:
- Construction
- Demolition
- Waste removal
- Junk removal
- Landscaping
- Moving services
- Commercial driving
