Responsibilities
Execute residential and commercial selective demolition safely and efficiently.
Oversee site safety, structural integrity assessments, and efficient load-outs.
Work directly with the owner to coordinate daily targets and maintain project timelines.
Lead by example on-site, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a clean work environment.
Requirements
Experience: Strong background in structural demolition or highly skilled construction trades (e.g., concrete cutting, framing, heavy tool operation).
Tool Proficiency: Must be highly proficient and experienced in safely operating all standard trade hand and power tools.
Skills: Exceptional situational awareness, problem-solving abilities, and physical stamina for heavy labor.
Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to get to various local job sites.
