Your Focus
- The "Must-Have" Menu: Execute a focused menu with such consistency and flair that our guests talk about the food as much as their scorecard.
- Sanitation as a Standard: You maintain a kitchen that would pass any inspection at any second. Organization isn’t a chore for you—it’s a mindset.
- The Profit Pivot: You master the art of the small-scale inventory. You know exactly what’s in the cooler, how to minimize waste, and how to turn ingredients into profit.
