As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare food items according to restaurant standards while adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms, ensuring a sanitary environment for both staff and customers.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt as needed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
